Do you have access to off-market property?
Yes. We actively inspect property that isn’t advertised on behalf of clients. On average, 60% of our purchases are off-market. When you engage Hastings Property we ensure that all opportunities are assessed during your search including; off-market, pre-market and advertised property.
Do you service clients with the same property brief and budget?
No. Hastings Property has a company policy that only allows one client within a certain buying brief and budget to be serviced at any point of time. If another potential client would like to use our services and we are currently assisting someone in that area; they will be placed on a waiting list until we have purchased for our existing client. Our office works together as a team so having two buyers with the same buying brief and budget would be a conflict of interest.

No. The team at Hastings Property service a range of buying budgets. If you are looking at purchasing a property between $500,000 and $25,000,000; we have a dedicated team member that can assist you with your purchase.

Are you available on weekends or after hours?
Our office hours are Monday – Saturday between the hours of 7.30am-6.30pm. However we understand our clients are busy and their availability to talk and discuss their transactions will vary according to their lifestyle. Therefore, we make sure that we are available 24/7 to speak or meet at our client’s convenience. We also have a number of clients that are based overseas in different time zones so we will always make sure there is someone available to take their call. If an overseas client would like to have a face to face meeting, we are available to fly to any country in the world within 48 hours’ notice.
